After working for years, the connection to secure site https://ebird.org only was suddenly blocked using Edge browser. I switched to Chrome, which worked for a couple of days before it was blocked. I can still connect to all other websites I typically use.From the Edge browser I get the following message: The connection for this site is not secure, ebird.org sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.Running Windows Network Diagnostics gives the following message: You're connected to the internet. We didn't find any problems with your network.Trying recommendations to fix the problem did

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Security update for Windows 10, version 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, and 1909: February 11, 2020

Important
This standalone security update has been removed due to an issue affecting a sub-set of devices. It will not be re-offered from Windows Update, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Microsoft Update Catalog. Note Removal of this standalone security update does not affect successful installation or any changes within any other February 11, 2020 security updates, including Latest Cumulative Update (LCU), Monthly Rollup or Security Only update.

Summary

This security update makes quality improvements to the supported Windows 10 versions listed in the "Applies to" section. Key changes include the following:

Addresses an issue in which a third-party Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) boot manager might expose UEFI-enabled computers to a security vulnerability.

Restart your device.

Upon restart use the “Reset this PC” feature and you should not encounter this issue.
