Windows 10: The corner of the screen it says "Activate Windows" and when attempt this I get error code...

A family member gave me a laptop from his school. It works fine but I can't personalize any settings I notice in the corner of the screen it says "Activate Windows" and when I attempt this I get the error code 0x8007232B. Is there a way to fix this? The computer seems to run fine but I don't know if I may be missing some functions I am not aware of.
