Windows 10: the D key on my keyboar is starting to not work. How can I fix it?

Whenever I press down on my D key, it oesn't work, so I have to jam my finger down on it for it to actually work. I run on windows 11 dell G15 Ryzen edition. Im not sure what the problem is. Please help.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Equals Key Wont Work

We suggest that you update the keyboard driver. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Next and follow the steps in the wizard that appears.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
