Windows 10: The dash key is not working.

I'm on a laptop. The dash key is not working, however the underscore does work when I press shift. I tried changing languages, to see if it was a hardware issue and on any language the dash key is not working.

Is there a way to fix the dash key that isn't working?

All my other keys work on my keyboard but my dash key so I bought a new keyboard thinking that it was the problem but when I plugged up the new keyboard the dash key still isn't working.

I tried all the methods that you provided but still have the same issue with the dash key not working. The problem has to be the computer and not the keyboard because I just connected my keyboard to my phone via Bluetooth and the dash key worked perfectly fine. I used this website: https://www.microsoft.com/applied-sciences/projects/anti-ghosting-demo , to check my keys and the dash key is the only one that doesn't work.
