Desktop Window Manager has registered the session port causes screen to lock

I have a user that is experiencing an issue where her screen with lock randomly throughout the day. There does not seem to be any connection to what she is doing. This will happen when she is in the middle of working or not working on it. The event below
is logged when it happens. I have replaced the users computer and the issue has persisted. Please let me know if there is a way to figure this out.

    Local Sessions Manager

    Hi Carol,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft community forums.

Did you make any changes on your computers recently?

    Are the computers on domain?

Do the computers boot to desktop or get stuck at
"Waiting for Local Session Manager" screen?

Local Session Manager (LSM) is a Win32 service, which starts automatically when the operating system starts. It is a core Windows Service that manages local user sessions. Stopping or disabling this service
    will result in system instability.

Local Session Manager cannot be started if the following services are disabled, deleted or working improperly.

    DCOM Server Process Launcher.

    Remote Procedure Call (RPC).

    RPC Endpoint Mapper.

To help you better with this issue, please get back to us with answers to the questions listed above.

The Desktop Window Manager has registered the session port.

P67 Sabertooth only registers one hard drive

My BIOS doesn't register it being in RAID mode and I don't remember but I believe I only had one drive in when I installed Windows and the problem is I can't format the second drive, they are listed as different drives in different ports in disk management but both are listed as the Master Boot Record.
