Windows 10: "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module TPM encountered a non-recoverable error...

Sometimes when I'm playing a game or even when my computer just sits idle, it freezes randomly. Sometimes the audio still works while sometimes it just freezes altogether like a fatal crash on old game consoles. I've tried reinstalling my graphics drivers by using DDU but I don't think my graphics drivers are the problem. I've even reformatted my PC and downloaded windows again from the cloud. I've tried basically everything I can by looking at the results on Google but nothing really seems to do it, and I really don't want to build a new computer.I'm using an Intel core i5 8600K CPU with 16GB

been having some issues with a new computer that I built, it'll work fine but then sometimes the it'll BOSD out of nowhere, I did a ram check and checked a bunch of hardware, I don't see any issues so far, nothing faulty as of right now though I am still testing things, but I have noticed in the event viewer very consistently, in fact every time actually that there's a error with "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer." right before the blue screen.

Bitlocker and Trusted Platform Module problems

This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

• Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
• Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.

Give us an update after following the troubleshooting steps provided.
