Windows 10: The device is not ready external hard disk

Hello, i just bought a new external hard disk. It's a enclosure hard disk, i'm using Kingston A400 SSD 240gb. But somehow it can be initialized. I tried to initialized a lot of times and it says the device is not ready. I tried uninstall a few times and reboot but still same problem. I also tried to update the driver and it still the same. Please i'm in a dead end and i can't find a solution for a month. This is my first time asking this btw.

• Do you hear any clicking sound when connecting your hard disk?

  Does the external device is detecting on Disk management?
  

The issue you are facing could be due to external disk driver is being outdated. You can also try below steps to update the external disk driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Click on Universal Serial Bus to expand it, right click on the
  device and Update it.
