Windows 10: The Digital License For This Device Has Already Been Used To Reactivate Windows.

Hi, I change my HDD, but have problem with reactivation WIN11. When I choose old system from list This is the device that I´m using at the moment and click Activate, it show me that "The Digital License For This Device Has Already Been Used To Reactivate Windows".I have retail version upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and then to Win11 found with command slmgr /dlv in CMD. I don´t have original key to Win7.I have installed same version of Win11 and tried everything. In my Microsoft acount is now both systems. Old licence is join to my acount because I can choose old system in reactivating win

Digital license won't reactivate on new hardware (motherboard, cpu ram)

Hello,

I have a digital license of Windows 10 that is linked to my Windows account. I've just replaced my motherboard, cpu and ram and whenever I attempt to reactivate my license the activation troubleshoot says "Unable to activate Windows, We can't reactivate Windows
on this device, Try again later.

Prior to changing my hardware I double checked my digital license, The activation said "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

If I run 'winver' It also lists the produced is licensed to my Microsoft account.

According to this article below, All I should have to do is goto the activation troubleshooter and everything should work.

Windows 10 doesn't reactivate with digital license

So I got a new computer with motherboard, cpu and gpu but I tried logging in with my microsoft account but it doesn't reactivate with a digital license. I removed the license from the old computer with the CMD commands.

I also tried troubleshooting but it could not find any devices:

"Unable to activate Windows

We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used to reactivate the device that you’re using at the moment. Make sure that you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account that you linked to the Windows 10 digital licence on this
device, or try again later.
