    • As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?
    I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

    I found this folder in my C: Drive that has a series of random characters, With an .exe in it?

    I found this folder in my C: Drive that has a series of random characters, seems to be 20-30 different character for the folder name, and inside of it is "install.exe" it's 550 kb, should i delete it? Do i need it, or is it potentially something that came
    from an installation? Could it be harmful to keep?
