    The dwm.exe crashes when I use stylus to do inking on my HP Spectre x360 14


    It occurs randomly when I use inking in apps like the office suite. When it happens the screen freeze and become unresponsive for a few seconds and then it becomes black and then recovers. After recovering, the system UI becomes broken which can be solved by restarting file explorer. This problem has been persisting through several build ever since I bought this computer in March. I've updated drivers, adjusting power mode, scan and recover system files nearly all common steps except for reinstalling window which I really don't want to. And I've found the description of this crash in the event

    Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart stylus not working for 2016 HP Spectre x360

    I recently bought a wacom bamboo ink smart stylus for use with my hp spectre x360, but it will not interact with my screen. the buttons work fine for launching OneNote, etc., and I've switched between the two protocols on the stylus to no avail. After looking
    into the issue, I tried to download drivers from the website, only to receive a 'supported tablet not found' error message. So, I'm at a loss. Is my device simply not compatible or what?? It's entirely up to date, so do I just need a different pen??

    I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible with Windows 10 operating system. I bought the Bamboo Ink Stylus but it doesn't seem to work. What stylus, if any, would be compatible with my computer?
