HelloI have to zoom in on a series of photosBut when I open any photo with any Windows software, when I zoom, the edges of every object in that photo are separated from other objects so-called not smooth, but when I open every photo with Chrome and zoom Every object is always completely separate from the surrounding objectsHow do I solve this problem? Or is it not a problem and is the ability of browsers?

    Browser Zoom

Exactly what happens to fonts when you zoom depends on how you set the Visual effects settings, in particular 'Smooth edges of screen fonts'. I find smoothing more readable. Here's an enlarged view of your ID with and without smoothing.

    Smooth zoom magnifier

    Hello!

I am a visually impaired user. One really nice thing about pretty much every other desktop OS is the default magnification experience. On Mac OS for example, you can hold Ctrl and two-finger scroll to zoom in, and it is extremely smooth.

With Windows 10, I noticed that two-finger scrolling has gotten very smooth, as well as zooming (like in Edge for example) but that is app-specific. My feature request is to change Magnifier to have that same smooth zooming and add support for zooming with
the touchpad. I feel that it would be much more intuitive to hold the Windows key and scroll than having to hit a keyboard shortcut.

I do realize that it would be fairly complicated to add support in (I even tried writing my own app, but it looks like the Magnification API just ignores any zoom level that isn't at a certain precision) but I would find it extremely useful!

So, if anyone from that department at MS is reading, will this be considered?

    Zoom Scale on Windows Edge

    Hi Marianne,

Let me help you in understanding as to how Zoom works in Windows 10. As you have already noticed that Zoom is available only from 10% to 1000% with an increment/decrement of 25% only and also as there is no option to have the Zoom bar on the bottom of the
Edge Browser like Internet Explorer, we suggest that you provide us a feedback regarding this Feature request/Suggestion using the "Send Feedback" option which is available in the Edge Browser.

Hope I've answered your queries. Get back to us for any queries related to Windows 10 and we'll be glad to assist.
