    "Good day, I had Visual Studio installed, but today it started showing some error. Without thinking much, I uninstalled it and downloaded a new installer for Visual Studio Community from the official website. However, when I launch this installer, I get the following error: 'The exception Privileged instruction. 0xc0000096 occurred in the application at location 0x00000000778C29B0.'

    Application error 0xc0000096 on Windows 10

    This week, after I have installed some Windows 10 update (KB4457128) on my Acer laptop, when I open Google, I get this Windows application error message: "The exception Privileged instruction. (0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000777108813.
    Click on Ok to terminate the program."

    While clicking on Ok removes that screen message, I don't want to see it every time I open Google. What can be done to fix this?

    Cant access my computer at all

    I click OK and nothing happens

    I click to EXIT out of the error message and nothing happens
