Windows 10: THE F KEYS

whenever I try to use F2,F3,F7 and F8 keys to increase or decrease the brightness and sounds, my laptop lags but when I try use the taskbar to increase the sound and brightness it doesn't happens. So, I think the four keys are having problem and it's very difficult for me when I'm in online classes

• Have you tried using a third party software to manage the disk partition?
• Did you format the drive?

We suggest that you check for the drive in the Disk Management and look if it appears. Follow these steps:

• Log on as administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
• Press Windows+R key and type diskmgmt.msc and then click OK.

Look if the Drive F: appears and check if it is unallocated.

Enable/Disable F keys for Windows 10?

I don't know how to disable the F keys on Windows 10, please give me a step by step guide to disable them, the F keys are a necessity in games like WoW!
