Windows 10: The first column of the keys on my keyboard are typing multiple things when pressing only...

My `, tab, caps lock, shift, and possibly my ctrl key all hit an extra key when clicking on it. the ` key hits "2`", those exact keys. the tab key hits w. the caps lock key hits a. the shift key hits z. and I believe that the ctrl key is hitting the windows key because when I'm gaming and hit ctrl and d, it adds a new desktop when the shortcut is actually win + ctrl+ d. its just these keys too because everything else is working fine. i hope it also helps to note that the original functions of the button still work. I'm not sure who to contact about this so I hope the community can help me! tha

• If you were cleaning your keyboard prior to the issue.
• If your device has been exposed to any type of liquid.
• Make and model of your device.

In the meantime, you can perform the following to isolate the unintentional use of the
Fn key on your keyboard:

• If your laptop has a numeric keypad, press and hold Fn and NumLock
  keys on your keyboard.
• If numeric pad is not available, press and hold Fn and CapsLock keys on your keyboard.

We'd like to check if this is related to your device's keyboard driver. To isolate driver issues, you can uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver by performing the following:

• Search and open Device Manager using Cortana.
• Expand the Keyboards section by clicking on the arrow icon.
• Right-click on the keyboard driver.
  
• Click on Properties.
• Click on the Driver tab.
• Click on Uninstall.
• Follow the on-screen prompts.
• Restart your device.

Keyboard is typing multiple things when a key is pressed

My laptop started typing different character combos when i press a key. "O" produces a "P and enter command" the "," produces ">?" And so.

i changed the languages and keyboards, cleared the ease of access filters, reset the computer and restarted in safe mode with no luck.
