    The Fn key (hotkey) not working


    The type of the notebook: Acer Aspire E5-572G


    I installed all driver and application which was provided by the notebook's manufacturer, except one, the Launch Manager. I tried install it, but I could not, because always get an error - This operation system is not supported - but it is for win10.


    What should I do to get back the hotkeys?

    New laptop FN keys not working [Solved]

    Exactly what I was used to do, pressing the FN key with an F key but that didn't work....
    If I press the FN key I get f1 f2 f3 and so on.

    It was just the other way around, but I figured it out now.*Smile The Fn key (hotkey) not working :)

    New laptop FN keys not working [Solved]

    The FN key seems to be a toggle , I don't need to press it every time I want to adjust the volume or brightness.
    With all my previous laptops I needed to press the FN key WITH the f key I needed to use, so it works slightly different on this laptop than what I'm used to.

    The Fn key (hotkey) not working

    Keyboard Shortcut keys/Hotkeys not working.

    I usually use Fn+Print-screen to take a screenshot in Linux but it isn't working in windows 10 and so aren't my Brightness controll hot keys
    Fn+up and down arrow( Although it's printed on the arrows that they are brightness control) and some other things aren't working.

    Fn+F1 which is the sleep hotkey it works fine.
