    **THE FOLLOWING ERROR OCCURED WHILE IMPORTING THIS CATASTROPIC FAILURE ** I have a brand new Lenevo ThinkCentre i7, iam trying to import my pics from iphone by simply using import photo and video then import all, there is 17000 anout 300gb it has taken the time to gather them all it has recognised all images and video but then while tranferring to comp it got half way roughly i had a few error code pop upscode number 80042007 but i just pressed skip that photo a few times then it poped up with this *THE FOLLOWING ERROE OCCURED WHILE IMPORTING THIS CATASTROPIC FAILURE*

    Importing from photos

    Hi Carole,

    To better assist you with regard to scanning and importing photos on Photos app. Kindly provide the following:

    • Is your printer connected through wired or wireless connection?
    • When did the issue occur?
    • What is the exact error that you get when importing photos?
    We suggest you to refresh the connection of the printer.

    • Have you tried to use the USB Drive and create a new folder on a different PC?

    Hi Patricia,

    Thank you for using Windows 10.

    The error code suggests the issue to be of Windows Updates. I suggest you to
    Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:


    • Press Windows+X.

    • Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

    • Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
      and hit Enter.
    If the issue still persists, then let us know and we'll be glad to help.
