Windows 10: The following keys stopped working: "end", "home", "Delete", "PrtScr" & "arrow keys".

I am working on a laptop with Windows 10 Home as the operating system with Service Tag - 3DSGYD2 and about 3 weeks ago the following keys stopped working: "end", "home", "Delete", "PrtScr" & "arrow keys". Is there a fix to this problem or do i have to update some drivers somewhere one said to update the printer drivers, another a Dell Tech updated drivers to another device under device manager can't remember which one? Thanks for any help you can provide me. Oh, one more thing - the backspace key works somewhat like the "Del" key worked. The combination of "Ctrl", "Alt", "Del" does not work and substituting "Backspace" in place of "Del" also doesn.t does not work. However the "Ctrl", "Alt", "Backspace" deletes the word immediately to the left of the cursor. Seems like these special keys got all jumbled up and now don't want to work at all. Thanks again for any help you can provide me.

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

Since you are able to use the other shortcut keys, means that the keyboard works fine. This issue can occur if the
Arrow keys on the keyboard are faulty.

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

Method 1:

Try using the Arrow keys on other programs. Check if they are functional.

Most of the sytems have “Fn” key or a Function Lock key. This key can be used to
Enable and Disable the Arrow keys. Check if the
Arrow keys function after toggling the Fn key.

Method 2:

Try connecting a different keyboard to your computer. Try the shortcut keys once again. Check if they works.

Left/Right Arrow Keys and my Delete Key Not working

My left and Right Arrow Keys and my delete key does not work I have had some luck with CRTL and ALT keys with my left and right arrow keys but now that is not working it stopped working around Last June and has been fiddling with it stopped working with
the last update around June
