    The font size keep changing even in a single line


    Hi,I am using MS365, taking outlook and skype for business as example:I have set the default fount as calibri, when I type in Skype or outlook, the first several words are fine, but just suddently the words font changed to others, looks very strange.This occurrs especailly when I switch between Chinese and English.Is any setup can resolve the issue?I attached 2 screenshot for this issue in outlook and SkypeThank you!

    Changing font and font size for emails

    Your suggestion changes the font and size the a single email. I'm trying to change to a default setting for all emails on going.

    Hi David,

    Thank you for posting your query on this forum.

    I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.


    • Type fonts on the search bar and select it.

    • Click on change font size from the left pane.

    • Make changes according.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.

    • Go to settings and click on system.
    • Under display tab there's a slider on this page that you can use to change the size of text, apps and other items.
