Windows 10: The free space is drowning

A while ago, I fred a little bit of space on my pc and I was on 171 free GB. But then, in less than 3 days the free space went down to 140 GB, and it's still going down. What can I do before my computer explodes?

force turn off drowning lumia 1020

hi

i just wanna ask how to force my lumia 1020 to turn off,

it keep turn on when using the power button,

lately i have drown my phone, when i turn it off and wait it to dry the phone just can't be turn off,

it keep restart and restart until it dead maybe of short circuit. LED keep glowing like UFO.

the short cut button just make it restart ( power + vol down )

so, any suggestion for drowning situation?
