Hi Everyone,I encountered an issue with my Lenovo Yoga PC. Once I connect the Elgato docking station, I encounter the following error:"The functionality of the thunderbplt device may be limited"The computer is a Lenovo Yoga 6 model with Windows 11 Home operating systemI tried the following with no luck:-I updated my operating system to the latest version I use Windows 11 Home -I removed the last installations of the latest updates of the Windows 11 operating system -I installed the latest bios update. -I replaced 3 different cables - I contacted Lenovo support who replaced my motherboard + f

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

This issue might have occurred again due to drivers update with the latest update of Windows 10.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the
hardware and devices troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  troubleshooter and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Click on View all from left side panel of the screen.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Devices,
  click on Advanced option and check
  Apply repairs automatically option.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
  

Method 2: If the issue persist, uninstall the mouse drivers manually from the
device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Mice and other pointing devices
  option.
  
• 
  Right click on the touchpad/mouse driver and select
  Uninstall option.
  
• 
  Restart the computer for the PC will reinstall the device driver automatically and check if the changes are effective.
  

Method 3: If the issue persist, you can install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

Check in compatibility mode.

Download the drivers from the computer manufacture's website for Windows 10, if not available.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.

b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.

c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

d. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
