I am using an app that called DTS 3D for digital smile design when I try to upload the data to the app software it opens a huge window that starts with "SharpDX.DXExeption : HRESULT with messege : the gpu device instance has been suspended

Hi Team,

When ever I loaded the resident Evil 7 game I am getting the below error.

"d: //reengine//reengine//builder//modules//render//os//renderdevicedx11.cpp" 3796 present failed. HRESULT = 0x887a0005,The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action"

later the getting the warning message from taskbar icon stating that

"amd driver has stopped working and successfully recovered'

I tried all the methods available in below thread but nothing helps.

3. Update audio drivers: Ensure that you have the latest audio drivers installed for your Asus Vivobook. You can visit the Asus support website, enter your laptop model, and download the latest audio drivers compatible with Windows 11.

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.
