Windows 10: the highlighter is showing grey outline and no blue?

i had this problem for a long time. the highlighter for some reason is showing a pattern of grey and dark grey and in the middle it has nothing. no blue just nothing.i cannot get an image becase i cant.and just letting you know im talking about when you highlight something on the desktop

Removing the BLUE outline on just about everything in Windows 10


Is there ANY way to remove the stupid blue highlight around just about every box in Windows 10 anersary edition.
Searchwindows, saves etc. Everything highlighted blue around it.
Narroator is off ofc, and I read that only removes it in previous windows.
It does not work in Windows 10 anersary. It's driving me insane, blue boxes everywhere !
I did not have this previous to the update, not sure if its related to color intensity slider that no longer works in anersary (I had it to 0)

All light grey colors show light blue (Windows 10)

Hello recently all applications and websites that supposedly are in light grey color shows up as light blue in my display. All other colors seem fine just the grey colors appear light blue. ive tried disabling and enabling the Intel and NVIDIA graphics cards
to no avail. tried re-calibrating the color display of my laptop but doesnt help. even when i hover my mouse over icons its supposed to show a light grey highlight but now it shows light blue. Tried searching for light grey colors and they also appear light
blue. this all happened while i was working on something on microsoft word and suddenly the top ribbon changed colors. I thought i accidentally changed the theme but its not the case because it affected everything else.

Ive tried to system restore but there was no recovery date prior when the problem started.

Hoping to find a fix for this since i cannot have my laptop serviced for a long duration due to work.

Incredibly vague weird grey outlines on my desktop

It is just a corner of my TV.(bottom right) which is why you see no icons. The white thing is my cursor. But my camera skills sux.
You can see the grey line though.
I use black color background normally, this is seamless with the physical outline of my Oled TV. Now you can see the grey thing...

Also just updated to 1909 cuz im desperate but I noticed the grey line happening AT LOADING SCREEN of windows 10 already!! You know the blue flag screen..

PS I have Marantz SR6011 receiver. Did not change ANYTHING to tv settings or receiver settings or inputs.

I reset my TV to factory settings and it seems to have dissappeared.. probably.
