Windows 10: The Information on the Clipboard cant be inserted into Paint

When I try to paste a PrntScr ; Snagit or Snippet object from my clipboard into paint, I get this error message: "The Information on the Clipboard can't be inserted into Paint". This has never happened on my systeme before. Why I am getting 'information on clipboard cannot be inserted into paint' error?

When I click print screen button and try to paste in MS Paint in Windows 11, I am getting error 'information on clipboard cannot be inserted into paint'

I use Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 7 for editing and drawing, I used to be able to copy and paste images from Sketchbook into Paint without issue. But now it says "The information on the clipboard can't be inserted into Paint" no matter what I do. When I paste the same thing into any other program, it pastes with no issue. It's only Paint that won't paste it.

When I copy from any other program and paste into Paint, also no issues. It's only when pasting directly from Sketchbook into Paint that it won't work. I have used both programs for years without this issue.

I've already tried restarting, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling Paint and the issue still remains.
