Windows 10: The input and output of the music device cannot be activated at the same time after update...

Before updating to Windows 10 version 1903, this audio device with a USB port can be used normally.

It can use input and output at the same time normally.

But after I update windows 10 version 1903, it becomes when I can use the output normally, the input cannot be used, on the contrary, when I can use the access normally, I cannot use the output normally.


Simply put, when I use this device to play music, I cannot use the microphone.

vice versa.


Even Windows 10 2004 cannot solve this proble.

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.
