Windows 10: The installation failed.Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\UI...

i was trying to install the RPA tool from Microsoft named as UI flow. when try to install it fresh i got some error so uninstall the tool and start to reinstall it as fresh one. but now when i try to install it is giving me error like below. why it is showing like this

Missing registry key (CSSFilters)

I am trying to load some software, and halfway through the install, I get the following error message.

Could not open key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTVVARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\CSSFilters

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key. or contact your support personnel.

When I navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTVVARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\ using RegEdit there is no CSSFilters key.

I have tried changing the permissions on all key steps leading up to where this key should be, but with no luck.

So I am hoping someone can explain how I can sort this to get this software installed?

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if you are able to download the software.

Step 1: I suggest you to delete the temp folder from your device.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Temp and hit Enter to open the temporary files folder.
• Select all the content and delete them.
• Do the same for %temp% folder as well.

Step 2: I suggest you to check the storage capacity of each of the drives in Windows Explorer.

• Press Windows key, type This PC, select it.
• Right click on each of the drives and click on Properties.
• Perform Disk Cleanup by clicking on the option.

Step 3: I suggest you to clean the disk space.

Free up drive space on your PC

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if they help:

Step 1: Check for the latest driver update through Windows Updates.

• At the Start screen, type Windows Update.
• Click or tap Settings on the right side of the screen, and then select Install optional updates from the left results.
• When the Windows Update control panel opens, click on “Check for Updates” on the top left corner to receive a fresh list of updates.

Incompatible or not properly installed graphics card drivers are the most common cause of this issue.

Step 2: Follow the steps below to update the graphics/display drivers.

• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard.
• Go to device manager.
• Right-click your display device.
• Click Update Driver Software and then follow the steps in the wizard that appears.
