Windows 10: The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error INSTALL_DRIVERS operation...

I get this error during the upgrade and of course it rolls back to windows 11 23h2.What's going on here? Is this the best error message you can provide? Where do I find the specific driver issue?Now what? I want make the upgrade my Asus laptop.

Error when trying to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 using a USB drive. Earlier attempts to upgrade directly from a download also failed with a different error message so went to USB approach as recommended by Support.

Error Message was:

0x80070002-0x20007

Hi everyone, I literally just wanted to upgrade my Surface Pro 3 to Windows 10.

but i have no luck to get it, during upgrading process my tablet shown "We couldn't install windows 10.the installations failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_DRIVERS operations." COde 0x20007

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
