The instruction at 0x0000000005E2D6E7 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000007. The memory could not be read.Click ok to terminate the programme.I use windows 11 pro version: 21H2 this happens while trying paste any images PNG and JPEG in COREL DRAW 12, Please help me to resolve this.

Hello,

When shutting down my laptop I was receiving the following error message "Instruction at 0x000 referenced memory at 0x000. The memory could not be read". After searching the
Microsoft support for solutions, I followed the instructions
here and performed a clean boot of my system. However on restarting the laptop, my 4 digit PIN was no longer recognised. I am now locked out of my computer. Have you any suggestions as to how I can fix this so that I can access my computer?

I run Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron 7000 laptop

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

Instruction regarding referenced memory. The memory could not be read

I am getting a message "Instruction at 0x000....105474A referenced memory at 0x000.....610067. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the programme". This happens when I try to close down the computer.

I have tried:

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc under Process tab, search for Windows Explorer. Right click and end task. Click on File in Task Manaager at top left corner and select "run new task". Type explorer.exe and click on OK.

2. Run SFC scan. Right click on start button, click on Command prompt (Admin). Type sfc/scannow and hit Enter. Restart the computer and it says there are no problems.

3. Pres windows key and type Memory diagnostic. Select windows memory diagnostics and click on restart now and check for problems. It says there are no problems.

None of this works.

Microsoft states there was a hotfix for this problem, but it is no longer available.

Does anyone know how to clear it please?
