Windows 10: The internet becomes very slow after turning on mobile hotspot on Windows 10.

Hi, I usually like to use my laptop as a wifi hotspot as it's connected via ethernet. Usually it works great. However, now it's suddenly very slow only when I turn on mobile hotspot. I couldn't access most websites. I could still access Youtube and Google search and not much else. As soon as I turn mobile hotspot off, the internet is back to normal. The strange thing is, this doesn't affect the device connected to the hotspot, just the laptop that is sharing its internet via hotspot. I don't know what is wrong and would like to know if what I can do to fix this.

Hi.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro version 1909 trying to cast my Android phone to Windows 10 with Mobile Hotspot turned on.

The phone is connected to the internet with Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot, but the screen cast is only is working when Mobile Hotspot is turned off.

Is there a way to screen cast with Mobile Hotspot turned on ?
