Windows 10: The internet is disconnected on my computer repeatedly

Hello,My computer is Windows 11 Home with the version of 23H2. My internet on the computer is repeatedly disconnected. It appears randomly. One time when I erased my update internet started to work again, and one time I had to wait a very long time and it worked. When I was in South Korea I had no problem with the internet, but after I moved to the Netherlands internet disconnection started to happen. My phone and Ipad have no problem with the internet connection but only the computer. I wonder how can I solve this problem. Thank you.

Internet disconnects frequently while playing steam games

Yes, I can confirm that both the computer which I am starting the game on, and another computer, gets a Ping Timeout.

What happens is, i start the game. As soon as i do anything that interferes with the internet (e.g. loading up the Servers list to join a game, or sometimes i even get into the game, but gets disconnected too quick for me to start playing)
