Windows 10: The internet is not working for me, and I'm gstatic.

In the course of my lunch break today I spent some time watching YouTube and when I returned back to work my computer was connected to the Internet but could not access it, and when I open a new tab and look somewhere I get a static URL redirect and then another redirect showing my IP address with generate_two 04 after it. I haven't downloaded any software. Does this mean something is wrong? My wifi is discoverable on my Cox panoramic wifi, but it says I cannot connect to the internet when I try to use the wifi. This is the same for all devices that I use. The router is plugged in, but it has

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Internet Explorer has stopped working
