Windows 10: The keyboard does not work and is not available in Device Manager or even a troubleshooter

Welcome My problem is that the keyboard is not working and it is not found in the driver manager or even the troubleshooter. I tried reinstalling the device and deleting everything. I tried the commands. SFC /SCANNOW CHKDSK Also some of them I don't remember all of them, by the way it is a laptop and not a computer The problem has been going on for a long time but has not been solved yet and I am certain that the problem is not in the keyboard itself
