Windows 10: the keyboard of X1 CARBON can not use even in safe mode

Discus and support the keyboard of X1 CARBON can not use even in safe mode in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; [ATTACH] in BIOS the keyboard can be useful,so i guess it is software problem. so i install the win10 at once however, the keyboard also cannnot use...     in BIOS the keyboard can be useful,so i guess it is software problem.

    so i install the win10 at once

    however, the keyboard also cannnot use

    in safe mode also cannot use

    but,BitLocker backup can type number ,you can see the pic

    W8Phone connecting BlueTooth to Lenovo Carbon X1

    trying to connect my Nokia 822 to my Lenovo Carbon X1 running W8.1. the phone displays the Bluetooth code but I am not prompted by the PC for the code. I've connected other Bluetooth devices to PC but they did not require code.

    any suggestions.
