    The keyboard writes other letters


    Hello everyone,I was cleaning my keyboard, and after that, my keyboard started typing every letter, sign, and number in a line. This issue occurs after I press the letter 'S' it types this: "456ASDFGHJKL٧. It's pretty annoying. If you want I can provide a screenshot of the keyboard tester. Can you help me? Thanks.

    Keyboard letters problem

    Here are the first two steps you need to take:

    • Try a different keyboard (or an external USB keyboard in case of a laptop)
    • See if the problem persists with the on-screen keyboard (osk.exe)

    Windows comes with two programs that will help you do this.

    Notepad is a very rudimentary program. It is primarily useful for writing notes (!), shopping lists, and the like, but you could use it to write a very simple letter.

    WordPad has a few more features, including the ability to select fonts, insert images, and other simple word processor tasks. WordPad should be more than sufficient for writing a letter.

    To start either program, click Start, type the name (Notepad or WordPad) in the Search box, and press Enter.

    To print from WordPad, click the blue menu button at the upper left corner and then select Print:
