Windows 10: The laptop keeps freezing and show bsod errors

HiI have a Lenovo v310 15isk laptop and recently I have installed a new m.2 SSD on it vaskey ssd I have installed the system on it After a while from windows installation maybe 2 days I started to face this bsod errors : 1 - unexpected store exception 2 - critical processe died 3 - kmod exception not handled I reinstalled windows and the same issue still appears I tried : 1-Update drivers using: windows update , driver pack solution , snappy drivers Each method in separate time and the same issue 2- ram check I used windows memory diagnostic tool and make an extended scan and there is no is

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

 

Laptop keeps freezing and rebooting

I've had my laptop for a few years. It's an MSI gaming laptop, model number ms-16j9.

A few months back, I was using my laptop and then it suddenly froze and I got the BSOD. After that point, the laptop would literally just keep going into this boot and then freeze at random points. Sometimes freezing during the loading of windows, other times it would successfully load windows and then just freeze once I tried to click on files or do anything on the computer and hence, restart again.

I thought it was an error with corrupted files, so I decided to do a full clean install after backing up my files onto another HD. I deleted and formatted the HD and tried to install windows 10 again, but it just literally will freeze during the installation of windows and then reboot itself and keep freezing. I thought it may be a damaged component of the computer, but I can't tell what it may be. I even tried using a new HD, taking out the SSD and both of those weren't the issue as it still kept freezing and restarting.

Are there any suggestions on how to fix this issue or what could be causing the problem? I don't know if it's a component inside that is malfunctioning like the CPU, GPU or something else, but it's so strange how sometimes it works for a while and then freezes and restarts, but other times it just will freeze within 20 seconds of restarting itself.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW
