Letters appear as squares

Hi,

I have an N95 which recently shows squares instead of normal letters when I'm browsing the internet. So for example the sentence "I am from Australia." appears as (using @ to replace squares):

@ @@ @@@@ @@@@@@@@@.

Any help is much appreciated. I suspect I might have deleted the (English) font files?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Default user logon logo showing a grey square with white key

Brand new Surface Pro 4 (with latest updates), on boot the logon screen displays a grey square with a low-res white key instead of the grey circle with user logo. Any ideas why?
