The main account of the family member was stolen by the hacker, and the hacker transferred the family group member's My Child account to the family group created by the hacker. I wanted to get my child account out of the hacker family group, but unfortunately I couldn't do it because I was constantly asked for security information.I tried anything Microsoft had to offer, and it ended up going back to the hacker's account. The current situation is that after contacting Microsoft, my primary account has been closed. I am sorry this happened. Normally when your account was compromised and the hacker changed your security information (the contact info to receive 2 factor code), you would be given notice and the security info wouldn't be changed until 30 days later, so that will allow you to revert the change. Do you recall getting any email from Microsoft notifying that? If it is still within 30 days, the code should be still sent to the old contact information that you set up.

If it is proven that you cannot get the code at all, this is a very unfortunate situation as recoverying a hacked account usually is impossible, but considering you have a minor's account that can be also victim of this, I will suggest that you follow these interactive steps to contact support and see if they can do anything about it to at least protect the minor's account. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...
