Windows 10: the microsoft edge that new chrome browsers causing DPC Watchdog Violation on youtube...

I just today had an edge-based browsers causing DPC Watchdog Violation BSOD screen, my gigabyte desktop was working normally I would say most of the summer, now I am getting that problem, I was going to youtube in edge when it happened, I am thinking either some hardware driver gone bad, or something to do with updates , my gigabyte motherboard has not had an bios update since 2013, and I got an nvidia Geforce rtx 2080 3D card in it, plus an nvidia Geforce gtx 1050 ti card in it for stuff like PhysX , it seemed like a good idea using 2 2D cards, and for awhile it seemed fine having both in thi

DPC Watchdog Violation while watching youtube videos

So I was watching a youtube video on Chrome when I encountered a BSOD that listed the DPC Watchdog violation as the cause. I have no idea how to fix it. I have the dump file attached below. Thank you.
