Windows 10: The microsoft ergonomic keyboard model 1559 - replacement / disability

The microsoft ergonomic keyboard model 1559 appears to be discontinued sadly - I have used this for a number of years due to my disability. Is there a replacement model?

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

microsoft keyboard preventing double space

Microsoft has a firmware update for the Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 that can be found
in here.
Try it in case it's a faulty firmware.

Otherwise, I suggest to have it replaced.
If this also happens with the replacement, then it's a new "feature" for the latest model.

Those are the Model numbers on the different devices. But, you can also look them up by their name:

“Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard”

“Microsoft Ergonomic Desktop”

“Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse”

The website has a download for Win 8.1 (64 bit). I have Win 10 (64 bit). Does this make a difference?
