Windows 10: the module "c:\windows\syste32\dsound.dll could not be load

the module c:\windows system32dsound.dll could not be load, I have been trying unsuccessfully to fix the error Windows works fine, I have installed all updates except the x64 based Windows cumulative update version 22h2 kb5018496 is downloading as I write this. apparently it does not affect other systems, when I try to run a game based on win32 systems compatible with this OS I get "fatal error the dynamic link library dsound.dll could not be found". the file is where it should be, I tried commands in cmd such as sfc scannow, ... dism /online / ... also without success I'm running out of

Whenever I restart my computer, I keep getting this error message.

The module "C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Obics\MetaDll32.dll" failed to load.

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debut it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.

This started when I removed Obics from the Local folder. I've tried using MalwareBytes but nothing seems to come up. I've also tried using AutoRun but MetaDll32.dll is not listed on there.

I also tried using scannow via cmd and it says this:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow
