Windows 10: The monitor does not turn on when the PC starts, until I turn on the TV connected to it.

Two screens are connected to the computer - a Full HD monitor via DisplayPort and a 4k TV via HDMI, an Nvidia GTX 1080ti 12GB gpu, Windows 11 Pro 23H2. This happens when watching content on the TV in the "Show only on 2" mode, before turning off the PC, I return the screen mode to "Show only on 1" and the next time I turn it on, there is a situation that there is no picture on the monitor until I start the TV or disconnect it from the gpu. Fast startup is disabled, the monitor is set to the main display.

when connecting an HDMI from the pc to the tv the pc monitor turnes off and the tv shows a no signal massage.

Hello could you please help me with my problem. i recently started conecting my pc to my 4k lg tv and in the display options i selected that it should show only on the tv screen which when enabled turns the computer monitor screen off but after that i saw that there is an option to turn on HDR and when i enabled it the the tv screen disconected and it portrays a no signal massage and now every time i connect the hdmi to the tv the pc screen turnes off and the tv shows a no signal massage so could you help me please

No display on monitor when TV set as primary display

Issue solved

Removed DVI/HDMI cable from computer and monitor

Step 1: Check if the VGA monitor cable is defective.

1. Turn off computer
   
2. Connect the monitor VGA cable from the monitor to the VGA port on the computer
   
3. Turn on computer, VGA monitor cable is good.
   
   Step 2: Tun off computer
   

1. Connect HDMI Cable to HDMI port and TV
   
2. Turn on computer and TV, there is no monitor black screen
   
3. Click on the Windows logo, select the Settings icon , and then select
   
   System. Under Display there are two squares, labeled 1 and 2
   
   D Click on Advanced Display Settings:
   
   Display information: Display 1- Monitor Display 2 -TV
   
   E Right-click the Speakers icon in
   the taskbar, select Sound, click on Playback devices,

Ignoring turned on TV

Hello!

Whenever I turn on my TV (connected via HDMI to my PC), my two Monitors go haywire trying for 30 seconds refreshing, desktop and windows shifting from my first to my second monitor until windows figures out that just the TV turned on. The TV is disabled as a third monitor.

Is there a way for Windows to just ignore the TV till I switch it to extended or cloned in the control panel?
