Windows 10 beeps and my Mouse freezes on startup

Recently whenever I turn my PC on, Windows will start beeping if I move my mouse while it's starting appliactions. It stops doing this after about 30 seconds, once all the appliactions that automatically starup when I turn on my PC (Discord, Steam, etc.) are booted. If I move my mouse when Windows is booting up it will stutter all over the screen, and beep constantly for a few seconds. Usually I just wait until everything has loaded to avoid this annoying beeping.

I've looked it up, and stuttering and beeping mouse movements is possibly a sign of a broken mouse driver, however the fact this only happens when the PC is first booted is what's confusing me. Is it possible I have so many appliactions at launch, that the mouse drivers are so low on the list? After 30 seconds the drivers are loaded into memory, and the beeping stops?

I have a Zelotes C-12 mouse, and the offical C-12 drivers if you're wondering. Any idea what's causing this/how to fix it?

 

Beeping when I move mouse at random times

Well I too had the same problem on my 5 day Acer Aspire r11 especially when opening web browser or start button. Yesterday i did something that eradicated that beeping problem and hope this too will help you guys as well. Follow the following steps especially
3 to 5:

Step 1 - I deleted Google Chrome which I downloaded and decided to stick with Mozila Firefox.

Step 2 - I downloaded Avast Online Security plugin.

Step 3 - Right click on start button: Device Manager: [Follow step 4 and 5]

Step 4 - Mice and other pointing devices: [Note: Update whatever comes below this section]

i) ELAN I2C Filter Driver: Update Driver Software: Search automatically for updated driver software.

ii) HID-compliant mouse: Update Driver Software: Search automatically for updated driver software.

Step 5 - Network adapters: [Note: Update whatever comes below this section]

i) Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165: Update Driver Software: Search automatically for updated driver software.

ii) Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller: Update Driver Software: Search automatically for updated driver software.

Whatever drivers are not updated, they will be automatically updated and ask you to restart your computer in order for them to take effect. Good luck and hope this solves your problem too...

 

Windows 10 beeping and mouse lagging

• Could you tell us if there were any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 is currently installed on your computer? To find out which version of Windows your device is running, press
  Windows logo key + R, type
  winver, then select OK.
• Are your sound card drivers and mouse drivers up-to-date? If not, we suggest updating the sound card drivers and the mouse drivers and see if it helps.
