Windows 10: The mspaint and photoshop programs take a long time to start

I noticed that the above programs are running with a lag of exactly 2 minutes. Processor during this time does not load the word completely Cycles in CPU does not increase. How is it possible to find out what is wrong? There are suspicions that it may be either the video card driver or system update ± at the same time updated the system to 11 and put the video card. I can't say exactly when it happened, about 3–5 months ago. Sometimes it can start up normally.I just updated my system and the driver to studio version, it did not help. Other applications are ok DaVinci Resolve, OBS, games

Windows 10, Cannot 0pen saved Photoshop Elements 12 files.

I suggest you to set the default program to open the saved Photoshop files by following the steps below.

• Right click on the file and select Open With.
• Select the default program from the list.
• If Photoshop is not available, then click on browse and select the correct default program from the Program files.
• Click on OK.

Photoshop 5 worked a couple times in Windows 10

I understand how it feels when things doesn't work as expected.

Method 1: I suggest you to reinstalling Adobe Photoshop 5 and check if it helps.

Method 2: If the issues persists, try to reinstall Adobe Photoshop in compatibility mode and check if it helps. This might have caused due to any compatibility issues.

Follow these steps for installing Photoshop in compatibility mode.

• Place the applications installation file on the Desktop.

• Right Click the applications installation file and select
  Properties/Compatibility Tab. Select the appropriate options from the list in the following image.

Why does Photoshop CC 2015 auto-start when I boot Windows 10?

I recently installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and it auto-starts when I boot or re-start Windows 10 Anniversary OS. Is it a Windows problem or a Photoshop problem. My old Photoshop 7 never did this.

• I have checked WinPatrol and can't seem to find it in the start-up program list.
  
• I don't see anything in the Photoshop options either.
  

Any suggestions? Anybody else have the same problem?
