Windows 10: The new Micosoft Mahjong does not work.

The new Micosoft Mahjong does not work. I have Windows 10 It is pathetically slow. I am just going to uninstall and forget it. It will not work. Your new version is not good. I have uninstalled it previously and lost all the games I had preformed. It looks like you have bad advertising on it. Every time a new ad comes up it slows the game down. I am done with it.

Microsoft Mahjong Woes

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.

You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong. On the Microsoft Mahjong page in the Store, select
Get the game (online) or Install (in the Store app). The game will download and install automatically.

Microsoft Solitaire (also Mahjong)

Microsoft Solitaire (and Mahjong) won't load on my new HP laptop, although it will on an old Dell laptop. I've gone through all the steps suggested from 2015 on, and nothing works. Can Microsoft not fix this? Apparently it's been an intermittent problem
since 2015.

 

Microsoft Mahjong Crash

Since An Intel Video update, Mahjong crashes after the automatic Xbox sign in. The following steps have been tried:

• uninstalling and reinstalling Mahjong. (Interestingly the usual 0 to 218 MB download changes suddenly to bigger numbers, most recently 0.9 to 1.9 GB !!).
• using wsrestore.exe

These do not change the behaviour of Mahjong. Other Microsoft apps eg Solitaire Collection run fine.
