Windows 10: The new xbox controller issue

Dear Customer services,I bought like 2 week ago a brand new customized xbox controller from the official website. After receiving the controller I tried to use it with my external bluetooth adapter TP-Link Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter, after the first usage I noticed its quite buggy when using it wireless. Issue: when ever I play a game and I am in the menu it skipps every time I try to swap options 1 option. so instead of 1 to the right it goes 2 to the right. After reinstalling windows I noticed it was still happening? then I used a cable connected to my pc and I noticed it didnt happend anymor

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
