Windows 10: The October update of Microsoft created WDF violation in my HP PC.

Since,yesterday I am unable to open my pc. It is showing a blue screen showing a message that it needs restart and the error called WDF violation. I tried several methods and couldn't find any solid way to fix the error. I desperately become so frustrated and end up loosing the hope to turn on pc without a new windows setup. But, there were some important files that I stored on my desktop which were going to vanish once i setup a new windows. So, that is stopping me to setup new windows.

had a continuos loop of system restarts but then the system closed down The pc will start again but there is no display on the monitor.
i upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday and today i now have no PC to use. Got an error message WDF Violation then system started running the loops of restarts then nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
