Windows 10: The old double EMOJI problem when commenting in YouTube

The double emoji problem has been the bane of my existence for several years now since Windows 10. Now that I have a fresh, current, and up to date version of Windows 11 Pro, the problem persists. I am not running discord as seems to be a problem, and there is no Emoji panel in Windows 11 so checking the close emoji panel after selecting an emoji won't work. This problem has existed for years, and affects all browsers except Firefox from what I've read. Does anyone have an fix yet?

Hello, I'm looking for help with a problem I have in Windows 11, when I choose emoji (using windows + .) to insert in YouTube comments, when I click on one, two of them appear. (It only happens in YouTube comments, I tested it on other websites and apps). I know this issue is small but I want to fix it to use youtube comments correctly...

Hi I pretty much put in subjsect line - when I comment on Youtube it doubles emojis, not sure about other site I think yes.

There was a man neamed Ahmed, same question and no real resolution,, no I don't want to have support connect with my laptop thanks!

It's on Miicrosurface Word 10. If that matters!
