    The operating system is not presently configured to run this application - since Windows 10...


    I have recently had updates KB4462919 and KB4462930. Now, when I try to run Office 2013 apps like Excel, Word or powerpoint (not Outlook though) I receive the error message "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". I have tried a full repair of Office 2013 and this has not resolved the issue.

    Even after doing all the above steps still my problem is not resolved. Please suggest some solution.

    How do I fix this? I don't seem to have any problems (thus far) opening applications, but this random message is a bit annoying being that my laptop is 3 days old.
