Windows 10: The operation was canceled by the user.

Hello,A program can be used to decrypt an encrypted file that requires the user to sign in to the Windows security pop-up with a Microsoft account.On some machines it is open and we can log in.But on some machines the pop-up is not open and shows the error:The operation was canceled by the userThe user is not closing the window or not clicking on the close button, but still gets this error.The popup is not open and we get an error directly.please help me Thank You in advanced.

Windows 10: Why does a Copy/File operation when Cancelled take seemingly forever to actually cancel ?

Hi,

when copy operation starts it creates a list of future actions including a list of files. If one cancels operation the system needs to clear this queue and this takes some time for each file. The more files were still in queue, the longer it cancelling.

 

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
