Windows 10: The Owner name on my OneDrive account is incorret

HelloFirst let me state, I do not have a Microsoft 365 account. I have never had a one. I have always used my husbands computer. No reason to pay for two subscriptions. I set up a OneDrive account a few months back but got frustrated figuring out how to use it so I continued to use my Drop Box account. One of my work partners is now insisting that I use it so I went to log into it last night and was having issues. I used my phone number which is 510-600-2585. I have had this phone number for over 3 years. When I tried to put in my password it told me it didn't recognize it and sai

Old Owner Name

I bought a used Axim. I changed the Device ID in Settings -> System ->

About. I changed the owner name in Settings -> Personal -> Owner Info.

But when I use Send To on a Windows 7 "desktop", the option for my

Axim lists the old owner's name. Not a major problem, but definitely

annoying. I couldn't find that name in the registry (on the Axim).

Can anyone suggest another place to look?

Previous Owner's onedrive account is on my secondhand PC

Please go Settings>Accounts>Email & accounts to check if the previous owner's account is still here, then you can delete it.

Then sign out your photo editing program, resign to check the issue.

If you need to sign out OneDrive account, you must know the login password. Or you can try the following steps:

1. Right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar's notification area and click Settings.

2. On the Account tab, click Unlink this PC.

So this OneDrive account is yours or the previous owner? If OneDrive account is from the previous owner then you need to sign out. Can you contact with the previous owner?

If you forget your own OneDrive password, you can click HERE to reset it.

And, for better protect the security of your computer in the future, it is recommended to reinstall Windows 10. Then after you can set up a new account.
