Windows 10: The pc and game freeze, and only can fix it after reboots.

I have played battlefield 5 and apex legend and suddenly the game freeze..and i cant close it with task manager, my mouse cant move....i can only press reset button for reboot and stop the game freezing..So that i try to search the some way to fix..1updated all driver software 2reinstalled game 3sfscanedBut the problem is still there now..I have check my event viewer, the viewer show that some warning ,error events..,My PC systemCPU: RYZEN 5 3400GMB: ASUS PRIME B450M-KGPU : GTX 1660 SUPER PHYSICAL MEMORY: 16GBSSD: M.2 PCIE SSD 512GB SSD 256GBA [EVENT ID: 10016] The application-

2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

3. Then type ”sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit on
Enter Key.

Step 2: I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the game in compatibility mode. Check if it helps.

1. Right-click on the game setup file and click on ‘Properties’'.

2. Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 7, 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the
computer and check if the issue persists.
